In overall, the place is great. Comfortable bed in the king room, and heating, ironing facilities and a work desk. It had a wide range of meals for breakfast, including coffee, cereal and pastries.

it was near to bay view street beach. the rooms met needs. this hotel is an cozy base for a trip in hyannis.

Location is perfect, so close to St Francis Xavier Church and seagull beach. Walking distance to a ferry port.

An easy walk to black cat tavern, where you can have lunch. Next door to St Francis Xavier Church and other touristic places. We greatly enjoyed the location and rooms and relatively low prices. Bonus was free Wi Fi🙂
